Hi, I am an independent IT consultant offering services in the IT world.
After working as a consultant for about 7 years under the same flag, serving different customers in the banking/financial/software industries as well as the Public Administration, I decided to offer my services to a broader range of customers.
Who am I?
I've been a developer, a teacher, a software analyst, a change manager, a software architect, a mentor, a scrum master, a project manager, a technical writer, a speaker, a coordinator of educational services. I can offer you Trainings on specific topics, or define a custom path on specific customer needs. More generically Mentoring and coaching have always been an important part of my job as a consultant.
Why a Wiki?
Choosing a wiki (specifically wikidot) to build my homepage was the most pragmatic choice available at the moment:
- I could easily add content the very moment they pop up in my mind
- I don't need an external structure to publish the site (but I can change the domain name later, if needed)
- I don't need an external web designer to submit layout proposals (but I can change layout later, if needed)
- I don't need an external content creator (but I can allow more users to contribute)
- I have cool social software widgets available
- It's all very Agile and Web 2.0.
- Even if incomplete, it's already up and running.
