Agile Application Lifecycle Managament in Java
Managing the lifecycle of a Java application requires, some organization, discipline and specific skills. It's often an area where the time is lost at the worst possible time. To recover control of your production code, and to deploy without being frightened by the consequences, some type of control is needed. This session focuses on the area that spans from build management systems such as Ant and Maven, Configuration Management Systems, to quality assurance and testing systems, focusing both on why and how livecycle management must be performed in the different phases of a software project.
