Agile Software Development
Software development is a high-risk activity: variability of results in terms of time-to-delivery, used resources, expectation matching and so on, makes management of development process a key activity for successful projects.
Agile methodologies, in their different flavors (Scrum, XP, Lean, Crystal, etc.) are nowadays the most interesting choice to manage development teams. The passage from theory to practice is not without pitfalls, and cannot be carried on ignoring the starting point and the specific application context.
